Next seminar within the cycle “WATSON Wednesdays” takes place the 1 March 2023 at 12:30 CET.
The speaker is Harsh Beria of the ETH Zurich.
He talks about Partitioning rainfall and snowmelt between trees, streams, and groundwater in the Swiss Alps.
Stable water isotopes in water can be used to quantify the impact of rainfall and snowmelt on different hydrological processes. In this presentation, I will highlight the differential impact of snowmelt on stream recharge, groundwater recharge and vegetation water uptake in the Swiss Alps.
